How are you?

I’ve always found myself muttering a The same. when asked How are you?. What else has occurred in my life to warrant another answer? Should I get creative and blurt out I have switched gender.? People should really be asking Do you need money?. That would be a whole lot practical and useful. Or maybe Are you lonely? Let me offer my daughter in marriage!.

The heart of the matter is life is transient and people don't sincerely give a damn and I am just weird too honest.
