Hark! Hark!
A crow pierced the occasional silence.
The big black bird perched on the branch.
It gazed into wherever the gaze halted.
Food? Mate?
Hark! Hark!
Alone on the branch.
A random car scrolled pass its gaze and something steamy rose above the grey tarmac.
Then there was just stillness.
A dark silhouette tucked among the leaves.
Hark! Hark!
I was in Hell. Forever. I did not believe it. Why? There was a God. I did not believe it. Why? I did not believe what he told me. He told me Jesus. I did not believe him. He told me Jesus. Savior. I thought it was crap. But here I am. In Hell. Forever. Why did I not believe the stupid guy who told me Jesus? Why?
